Sage does not support special characters in Product Names. For example, when trying to create item "W-C+24PC" manually in Sage, an error message is triggered saying "Illegal character in ID (no *'s, ?'s, or '+'s allowed)."
As a result, the '+' character in this example is not allowed by Sage 50. By changing the '+' to a supported character, we are able to successfully create the item through the integration.
