"Invoice cannot be created because there already exists an AR invoice with the document number for this customer is QuickBooks Online."

This error message usually means that either the cancel quantity is greater than the available quantity or the Product has already been picked and shipped. Here's some steps that go over how you should be able to solve for this!

1. Navigate to the Products tab of whatever record the Product is on


2. Check box next to product in question.


3. Actions drop down > Unpick Products > Save



4. You should now be able to cancel the Product without an error.
