If Auto-sync is not working and did work in the past check for any error messages if you are not getting any errors, you will want to make sure that any configuration or mapping changes were not the cause. You may also want to try turning auto-sync off then back on, deleting the API key and re-creating it then check to see if auto-sync is running. If manual sync is working and all the above is set up correctly the issue will need to be looked at on the back end as the auto-sync service may have stopped running.
