Why don't you have a phone number listed?

We used to publish a phone number, but we decided to stop.

1. We found that we can give better service over email. We can research our answers to give better answers and we usually end up giving a better response by email than by phone, and it's trac
ked on the ticket.

2. Mobius Connect, when it's sold by ConnectWise is a special case. That's a special arrangement that was negotiated with ConnectWise years ago where we get paid very little for each licence and ConnectWise is responsible for support. Unfortunately when we had our phone number published the vast majority of our calls were from people who were trying to circumvent ConnectWise support, but also unwilling to pay for the support they wanted. We'd run ourselves out of business by providing free phone support at that price point.
