I use ConnectBooster and the companies/contacts are getting duplicated

 

Summary

For compatibility with ConnectBooster disable Append account name setting.

 

Instructions

1. Login to the integration.

2. Navigate to Set up QuickBooks Online.

3. Choose your company. It will be Default if you're connected only to one QuickBooks Online company and haven't changed the name.

4. Navigate to Contacts.

5. Uncheck Append account name.

6. Click Save
