Prerequisite: ConnectWise PSA Configuration and Custom security role
Prior to performing the steps below, you must create an API member, API Keys, and a Custom Security Role.
Please follow the below steps on how to establish your connection between Mobius and ConnectWise PSA.
Log into Mobius, and on the left-hand side click on "Set Up ConnectWise PSA".
On this next screen, you will need to fill out your Site URL, and Company ID, enter the newly created Public and Private Keys, and click save.
