Sage 50 UK - Troubleshooting

  • Third Party Activation is not enabled.
  • The invoice was successfully batched, but the GL accounts in the Nominal Ledger are not updated.
  • During 'Retrieving updated invoices': Not a legal OleAut date.
  • Number is out of sequence.
  • Mobius Connect is not uploading the invoices to Sage from ConnectWise Manage
  • During 'Creating Split Invoice 'X'': Invalid index specified for Item retrieval.
  • Currency in Manage is being changed to a different currency in Sage 50.
  • Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00D8968C-64D5-4FD5-9457-ADDABC8E03BB} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
  • Can I upgrade to Sage 50 v25?
