Frequently Asked Questions about Gozynta Payments.

  1. Do you have white labeling?
    • Yes! When you send your invoices to your customer, the email will come from your domain. The payment screen and email will have your logo on it as well. 
  2. What are the term requirements for payments?
    • The term is 3 years with a $500 early termination fee in year one and a $250 early termination fee in terms 2 and 3. If you ever want to switch to a new provider they will normally cover that fee.
  3. Will there be a Customer Portal and when will it come out?
    • We understand the importance of a Client Portal. This first release of Payments will not include the client portal. Our Customer Portal will be launching within the year, which will allow customers to see past invoices and change credit card details.
  4. Will we be able to set up AutoPay?
    • Yes, when the Customer Portal is released this will include the ability to set up AutoPay for your customers. This is also on the roadmap to be released within the year!
  5. What accounting integrations will we support?
    • Currently, we only integrate with QuickBooks Online.
  6. Do we support international payments?
    • Currently, we only support payments made within the US and Canada.
  7. How much does it cost? 
    • We researched lots of different models for payments and found that the least expensive model was a variable rate model that allowed us to get special pricing reserved for very large companies. Unlike fixed-rate plans, this plan passes the savings on to our customers which is very important to us.
  8. What constitutes an item in your pricing?
    • In our Gozynta Payment Fees, an item is an invoice. 
  9. Do I need to use Gozynta Mobius to use Gozynta Payments?
    • Yes. You need a subscription to Gozynta Mobius Standard.
  10.  Can I bring my own payment processor?
    • We plan to release bring your own processor support in the future.
  11. How long will it take for my application and onboarding with the payment processor?
    • 3-5 business days for the approval process. This will depend on how quickly the MSP is able to return all required paperwork to the payment processor.

  13. I am on the $90 a month QuickBooks Online Standard Subscription. Can you explain to me what a "Full-priced subscription to Gozynta Mobius Standard" is?
    • The full-priced Standard plan would be $160 per month if billed annually or $192 a month billed monthly.  With you being on our $90 a month QuickBooks Online plan and you upgrade to our Full-Priced standard plan by June 1 in order to use Gozynta Payments as part of the Beta testing, you have until August 1 to decide if Payments is not right for you. If you feel it is not a good fit for you, and you choose to cancel Gozynta Payments, we will move you back to the QuickBooks Online Standard plan for $90. This will only be available during our Beta testing. Once we are out of Beta testing, this will no longer be offered.
  14. How do I know if I am on the Fully Priced Standard plan?
