Known Issue: GL Entries Missing for Products on Invoices that are Applied to Agreements

 

Summary

What: ConnectWise failed to generate GL Entries on invoices that were applied to Agreements
When: December 2023 - January 10, 2024

Status: A Patch has been released to correct the issue.

On January 9th, ConnectWise released the following message that they were releasing a patch to correct this issue on January 10, 2024 at 9:00 PM EST:

This issue affected anyone batching invoices out of ConnectWise. If you would like us to see if an invoice is affected by this issue, We will need the GL Accounts listed on the invoice. Please send the following information to support@gozynta.com
1. GL Entries on the Invoice
    • Navigate to Finance > Accounting Interface > Batches > Search for  i[invoice#] > Click on the invoice type


Example: I specifically need to see the tabs at the top of the screen and entire list of gl lines generated and the Tabs at the top of the page (Products, Routing, etc)
