Unfortunately, the Mobius integration you are using is a legacy product and no longer in development nor is it supported by Gozynta. It has been legacy for a few years, so we highly recommend finding another option. ConnectWise stopped this project in 2020 (here is the blog post from October of 2020). We made additional updates to the software in good faith through November of 2023. ConnectWise is still supporting the software but they are no longer funding the development of the integration. If you want to continue to use Mobius, you will need to stay on Sage 2023. I'm sorry for the bad news.
