Summary

Before using Mobius, you must ensure that ConnectWise PSA is configured to allow access to the Service, Company, and System modules through the REST API.

We recommend that you set your Mobius API Member up with limited permissions.

Configuration of a ConnectWise PSA Login - Create an API Member

1. Go to System > Members and then Click API Members.

2. Click the Plus sign on the left side to setup a new member.

3. Fill out the information to start a Mobius member and be sure to give the custom security role access previously created. 

Note: We suggest that you name this Member ID -  "Mobius"

4. Click Save and you will find additional options on the top tabs.

5. Click API Keys:

6. Enter Description for the API Key as Mobius and save.  At this point Manage will give you a Public and Private Key that you will enter into Mobius.

Note: You may want to save the Private Key somewhere as it will not be visible again once you close the API Keys screen.
